…Self-proclaimed citizen superhero “Phoenix Jones,” who has apparently dealt with Man in Tree before (in what capacity remains inconclusive) came bearing a sandwich, beer, and Newports for the man, demanding to be allowed to help. The cops, however, denied the man’s LARP request.
…It’s hard to tell whether he’s urinating or merely taking care of a particularly maddening itch, but either way one thing is certain—Man in Tree is human. Just like everyone of us….continued” ….if you want a good laugh before you go to bed :D :D :D
LP, why is there a movie about Batman v Superman? Aren’t they both “good guys”? I don’t get the premise for the movie.

They are currently buddies in the latest comics….but back in the 70’s 80’s they were always suspicious of each other….both thinking the other was an egomaniac….that is a really dumbed down version of how this movie came about.

Even this reporter would have never mentioned “with his arm around” if it were George and Laura Bush. Nobody would have noticed. Everybody appreciates the tenderness between the Obamas, even if they don’t actually say it out loud.

Iguazzu Falls, four miles wide in a horse-shoe shape. It’s more spectacular than Africa’s Victoria Falls, IMO. Hubby and I established six dental clinics in Bolivia and five in Nicaragua among other Latin American adventures over 35 years. This is one of the most beautiful locations we’ve seen. Magical. There’s an old movie called Mission about this area, with spectacular scenery, about the founding of the old Jesuit Missions in the Argentina-Brazil-Paraguay-Bolivia border areas.
What a fabulously interesting story - thanks so very much for sharing. You must REALLY have enjoyed the President’s trip. (And I was wondering the name of the Falls!)
