Go to the Couch to 5K site and follow the instructions. I swear by it. You’ll knock those few pounds off in no time. Also, try Lance Armstrong’s site Live Strong, and the site Calorie Count, both allow you to input your stats (age/weight/height/activity level, etc) and will then figure out your BMI/BMR and tell you what you need to do to reach your goal. You input what you ate and it’ll give you the nutritional (including caloric) value. You can put in your activity, walking, sitting, on the computer, etc and it will give you your what you’ve burned during the day. I’ve used them both, with the Cto5K and have lost 40lbs and run a 5K six times a week. Good luck on your journey!

No I haven’t, gotta check them out. The other thing that’ll drop it is copious amounts of water, 1/2 your body weight in ounces a day. I’m done losing. I’m in maintenance now to keep me at my current fighting weight, ten pounds more than at high school graduation.
Wow that’s fantastic. I’m not overweight, but all the fat I DO have is in my gut haha. I want to lose about 10-15 lbs overall.

Seems they got way to used to simple replies from the previous leader. Like won’t that cost you the election? Bush would answer, “No, next question!”
President Obama gives a lengthy, comprehensive, intelligent answer. When he finishes, the reporter asks again if Europe will cost him the election.
Next question about Putin/Syria.

Yes—-agree on the “despise”. I liked how Obama responded—-maybe you should ask Mr. Romney to ask his advisers what his advisers are asking—-(or similar)——and that we have one president at a time——-and maybe Mr. Romney is not familiar with the long-held agreement that criticism of the American president stops at the waters edge.
And her 2nd question was another question about Europe’s financial crisis—-guess she wasn’t listening during the first 2 answers on that same question.

“We have one President at a time” is EXACTLY what he said just before his election, when Wall Street seemed about to crumble and this country was on the edge of a financial disaster; the pundits wanted Obama’s input, wanted to know if he was going to D.C. to meetings, to do something … he responded thusly: we have one President at a time. Critics felt he was failing to do something (when probably behind the scenes he was being very well informed and expressing his opinions) but he was giving deference to the President at the time - Bush.
Now it is very much his turn … he is the President of the United States and should be treated accordingly! By everyone!

b) WHY wouldn’t he push his DREAM ACT bill NOW? I’ve said it before, what the President is only valid up until January 20, 2013. If Willard is elected, it could end at 12:01 pm THAT DAY. SO, why not submit it to become LAW OF THE LAND?
Because, that would mean that Rubio’s ass would actually have to get GOP votes……and, there are NO GOP VOTES FOR THIS.
Rubio was more honest, when his ass said that the DREAM ACT and /immigration ‘ didn’t involve him’, which is why it wasn’t even a section on his WEBSITE even a month ago.
This was all a smokescreen, and the President took that smokescreen and blew it all the way up, exposing the frauds and forcing them to either support what he did, or piss off Latinos even more.
Rubio is a scam artist, who just ran out of his scam. Now, he’ll actually have to do some work in order to gain some respect in the general Latino community, and if he can’t offer Willard cover with Latinos, he has nothing Willard wants.
