Did I mention that tomorrow is my birthday??????????????????????/ I quit counting quite a few birthday’s ago, but the # doesn’t mean a thing to me….I feel just like I did when I was a “20 something” :) I think it’s the fiestyness…..keeps me on my toes!
My darling second graders in class all sang Happy Birthday to me….and we all had Toostie Pops to celebrate. I was very touched. Kids are so awesome…
Oh dear, Uh, oh how lovely! If somehow I miss wishing you a happy happy birthday birthday tomorrow, DF, please forgive me and accept this early greeting tonight! Have grand day!
/face in palms/ ‘Oh dear! Df, I love you, but now Chips has a whole night to mess around. All this advance knowledge to Chips could prove dangerous. Groan.
Happy Birthday DF! I am glad you feeling so well. I definitely think feisty people never waste time dwelling on aging. I’ve been amazed at the many people in the TOD family who were born in October. My birthday was a couple of weeks ago (October 8th). I was under the weather so I did not celebrate it fully.
GREAT! This has been such a wonderfully positive week! Made all the more so because Mayoress rented that body-suited guy in the yellow ballet shoes to remind folks to leave the talking heads’ opinions and the poll gripes at the door! I’ve been relaxed and grinning pretty much all week as I’ve strutted through the village.:grin:
I guess you’re speaking for yourself and yourself only. Because it’s not “tough to watch” for me, nor to the 12K in the crowd. They are more fired up than ever - the hoarseness of the voice is not what gets their attention, it’s the substance of what he says, and the quality of person he is.
I watched every single speech of his in the last two days. I don’t get tired of it, because indeed the substance is great and the man is one of the greatest statesmen I’ve ever seen.
Watching him tonight, I ached for him, that’s all. He’s asking too much of himself.
I know people worry about him and want him to be well. I do too, but PBO is a tough guy and I’m sure he expected that by the end of his tour, his voice would be hoarse. I know that my voice gets hoarse after just one night at a large party, sporting, or other loud public event. So I think he knows what do to take care of himself and his voice.
God has his back because PBO walks in His Divine Will. This is how a real Christian acts. PBO doesn’t know he’s almost on empty because God is his neverending supply. PBO is the most awesome human being I have ever known. I watched with amazement and yes tears because he loves and cares about us all so much. .
You know, idon, I also believe this to be true. Driving to the dentist today, I thought about all the candles we have lit over the past 5 years for PBO, DD4O will remember this from the first OFA blog. As I drove, I thought also about how PBO just doesn’t ‘get sick’, and how all this time while in office, despite grueling hours and constant work, we have not heard of him having so much as a head cold…. Tho maybe once he did seem like he was a bit under the weather. I too believe he is a prototype of the evolution of what humans can be should be, will be, and the PBO is so true and honest, God’s love runs throughout his veins, and throughout his life. The whole entire world loves this man, prays for this man, watch over him and bless him for the work he has taken on. He is who he says he is, he is real, he is our finest expression. We are all blessed for his presence.
Seeing all the pictures of the big crowds, smiling faces, PBO smiling back, great speeches, small moments, calling with OFA volunteers, jumping off the state; Our president should be exhausted (I’m sure he is), but it feels as though he has relaxed and is really enjoying himself.
I stopped at CBS to see PBO and noticed instead that WMR was speaking, so I listened for 10 minutes. My take away is that his stump speech hasn’t changed and in his own mind he seems to have performed far better in the debates than viewers were aware. ;lol: Now! Now! You are not allowed to stone citizens in TODville  You have to leave me standing so that I can have my ears cleansed by PBO’s voice and sanity.
Good evening TODbots! I have been so busy today I haven’t been able to keep up with the President. Now listening to him his voice is alittle horse. I hope he gets some rest tonight. Now to catch up on all that has gone on today.
And thank you Chipsticks for always being there for us, 24-7, and bringing us all these incredible pics. that the media neglects to show to the American people.
Ads like this one should be broadcast nationally. What the Republican women for Obama are saying is relevant to all the people who value and respect the rights of women.
Thank you Hope. Wow, I would love to see Buffett and Gates in an ad for Pres. Obama. Those guys are MORE successful than Romney as businessmen, aren’t they ?
Got settled in just as the plane came rolling in and was so excited because I missed all the other rallies (did catch up via video) but then….Daughter from out of state calls lol
So I saw the first half and the last sentences with the 3xs podium slap. It made my day!
Yes, and that’s why they’ve purposely kept the crowds at manageable levels this year - not for lack of enthusiasm which the WORTHLESS MSM has been trying to peddle….
So, because Mark Husted, Ohio SEC of State, mailed out an inordinate amount of absentee ballots, he now says that 800k has not been returned.
And because they font want to count them twice, those who sete issued absentee and vote in election day, will be given a provisional ballot.
Thus, to count that many provisional ballots and verify them, might take 2+ weeks.
What a Joke, this Guy should be fired.
Of course, the Robney camp leaked this to USA Today, to suppress vote…, I am sure of it.
Don’t fall for their games, Ohio!
I was talking with my daughter and asked for suggestions on what to go to halloween party as and she suggested a binderful of women. I think I will! I know just how it will work. I so love that idea. Kids never fall far from the tree
I say 29 years would be more believable, LunarS, especially as you mentioned your daughter calling from out of state. I’m older so I’d understand this age thing a bit ‘more’. I’ve been 39 and holding for a little while now myself.

We’re on a full-on sprint to Election Day—and this campaign depends on all of us working together as hard as we can over the next 13 days.
So this Friday I’ll be hosting an online video call—broadcast live from the field in Ohio—to talk about the status of our ground game and our strategy for getting out the vote.
If you have any friends and family who want to get involved, make sure to invite them to join Dashboard before 5:30 p.m. ET on Friday, October 26th to tune in.
This and the Republican Women for Obama ads are really powerful. This is the election of the women. We are raising our voices in a way that will have all these crazy thugs scurrying back into their holes.
They think we are too busy or too dumb to know what they are up to. I know there is a big focus on the latino demographic, but it’s the collective women’s vote from every corner of this country that’s going to bowl them over!
And make no mistake. Women of the world are watching -Oh Yeah
When speaking about Republicans who just can’t be reached with reason, I mentioned to my 87 year old uncle that I called it cognitive dissonance. He said that he’d always heard it called impeccable ignorance. I think that’s a brilliant term.
CHICAGO — President Obama warned campaign volunteers Thursday that he could lose the election if they don’t work hard through Election Day.
“This is going to be a close election, so we just got to work really hard over these next 12 days. If we let up and our voters don’t turn out, we could lose this election,” he told a couple dozen campaign volunteers and staffers at a campaign office on Hyde Park Ave., near his home here.
He then sounded a more optimistic note: “Now the good news is, if our voters do turn out, we will definitely win the election.”
Obama’s stop here came after he became the first sitting president to cast an early ballot for himself.
After campaign rallies Thursday in Tampa, Fla., and Richmond, Va., and his stops in Chicago, Obama is headed for an evening rally at a Cleveland airport before retuning to the White House.
This is a video from Rob Zerban, Democratic running to unseat Paul Ryan from Congress! Please support him — especially any of you out there in Wisconsin.
I’m simply loving this. Makes me feel good all over. I’m excited and can’t wait until we get to the finish line.
I don’t know how the President does it. Love. Love. Love.

this is thrilling! Look at the crowd and the plane…love it.
Spectacular, Snowbird!
I love this spectactular airport venue with AF1 coming in for this rally. This is a great ending.
A really stunning setting COS, it was breathtaking when AFI pulled in.
I love you I dooooooooo
Oooooh, the voice is nearly gone!
And the crowd is pumped…hoarse voice, AF1, #Romnesia and all!
Forward>>>>>>>>>>
Bob, thanks for all the good laughs you always give me. U r doing and awsome job out there!
Thank you Kreen!!
AF1, Jr. Other AF1 was too big to fit there.
Honey and tea need to be on the agenda for our President…..and sleep.
This is his last stop on the tour. I take it that he will be resting his voice and body over the next couple days! :)
Cocoa butter?
never hurts….
CB is bound to help body and spirit, I’m sure. Not so sure about the voice.
it’ll just make his voice worse. PBO should be resting his vocal cords, not exercising it as would be the case with cocoa butter.
We-e-l-l-l. Hell-o-o LisaLoves, it’s been a bit since we’ve touch base. I see you are still the same LisaLoves.

Can someone send Ron Christie some roaches so he’ll have some company……ugh. He’s despicable insect.
Man, you’re insulting the roaches. They don’t even wanna hang with that creep!
Give ‘em some glasses like his. They will see the resemblance.
Yardarm, I say send him some maggots instead of roaches! But, if we don’t have enough maggots then roaches are fine with me.
Aye.
Why is C-Span not started yet? CBS has Mitt, and CNN does not like me, I don’t know why. Anybody getting PBO sound yet from any of the links.?

can’t forget that maggot. Birds of a feather and all that
Hee. And GWBush! No one ever mentions that endorsement, for some unfathomable reason.
Warren Buffett and Bill Gates endorsed President Obama ? First time I heard. I mean, did they really endorse him for THIS election ?

I didn’t know about the Bill Gates and Zuckerberg endorsements, unless he means their longstanding support. Funny tweet.
His voice make him even more passionate. he is amazing. Thank you Pres Obama.
A triple podium slap!!!
Thrice as nice! :-D
I gues that means he’s fired up!
Got settled in just as the plane came rolling in and was so excited because I missed all the other rallies (did catch up via video) but then….Daughter from out of state calls lol

Two days in a roll, CNN live stream worked for me. Never did before 10-24-12.
Stevie Wonder sound goooooooood.
Oooo three slaps. It is done. Go home and hug your wife Mr. President. You’ve earned a rest…
Obama’s Fault! Wooooooot!
first time that i noticed this…what is the Secret Service saying to the crowd…along the rope line
They looks particularly frantic around him tonight. I be nighttime crowds like this must be somewhat of a nightmare for them.
Yes, and that’s why they’ve purposely kept the crowds at manageable levels this year - not for lack of enthusiasm which the WORTHLESS MSM has been trying to peddle….
yeahhh….Oooooo weeeee
They’re seeing keep your hands visible.
ohhhhh…hmmmm….never seen them do this….do you think something has happened
busy day today but…….****’TWO DAYS BEFORE EARLY VOTING IN FLORIDA*********. Actually one day and 10 hours but you get the picture!!
Now please Mr. President, go home, see your girls and get alittle rest so you can get back going again.
I’m not watching Rachel tonight, some times she pisses me off. So no Rachel tonight.
What is Rachel talking about tonight Anniebella?
Yes she let’s her ego get in the way.
Me, too, anniebella, but so far, she’s hitting Romney/Ryan over hosting an event in Texas with Cheney and Glenn Beck. So far, so good.
So, because Mark Husted, Ohio SEC of State, mailed out an inordinate amount of absentee ballots, he now says that 800k has not been returned.

That was a marvelous livestreaming you provided up above, Chips!! PBO was so inspiring!
