So the best he came up with is a nothing burger on the issue of Social Security and the deficit. Pathetic.
Thank you Meta for posting, please keep tweeting this information if you can.
Some guy, canāt remember his name, was on the Stephanopolis Sunday Round Table and tried to suggest that President Obama was responsible for the coward B_______s who kidnapped the Nigerian girls; trying to say that it was due to their foreign policy failure. I could not believe my ears. Donna B. was on the show, and I felt like she should have jumped all over his a_ _ for such lies. I didnāt watch the whole thing, was just too mad to stomach this BS.
What is it that they donāt blame the President for? Donna should have been forceful, as a Democrat, and beating his a_ _ if need be. The Dems allow the repukes too much ROOM to lie; they should be in their face about Benghazi, and asking the same questions about Iraqās investigation when we lost 4,000 plus of our men and women based on a lie, AND the countless number of innocent people who died because of Bush/Cheney lying us into a war.
DEMS, PLEASE STOP BEING SO DAMN PASSIVE AND FIGHT BACK BECAUSE A LIE THAT IS LEFT UNCHALLENGED BECOMES THE TRUTH BY DEFAULT!
Happy Monday to you Don,
Yes, she was just chilling, thatās the problem; repukes lie with a straight face and yell to the top of their voices-with the lie.
Dems sit back and chill (not all) while the lies are being served up.
Besides, Donna is one of a handful of blacks that served in the Clinton administration that still sees Bill as some sort of all-knowing āDaddy,ā and that they will protect him with every fiber of their being.
I personally havenāt been impressed with her because she is all for the Clintons and will defend Hillary at the twinkle of an eye. She agreed with the statement that President Obama could have done more regarding Syria with one of panelist yesterday.
Some of the Dems are living 2016 “NOW” instead of focusing on the work that the President is accomplishing “without” the repukes, and preparing for 2014. Many of them never “get it” when they have something good.
They should be locked in arms; walking step-by-step, rolling forward to victory on the accomplishments of “this administration.” When they have the microphone, they spend time talking about what the President could have done-should have done, instead of “preaching” about what he has already done and is still doing.
I know how you feel. I stopped opening my e-mails from OFA and the others; crying sad stories as to why we need to give or supporting Hillary. I got so fed up with the sad stories and how we were going to lose.
They did that when President Obama was running for 2nd term, and I wrote them and told them to “STOP” speaking failure over his life and predicting failure, it just pissed me off; doom and gloom everywhere and that is why I needed to contribute according to the e-mail. I told them that if they didnāt believe in his victory, they should not be working on his campaign. Ironically, they (emails) stopped.
Good for you! That is not the way to run a campaign; scare tactics, fear mongering and doom is how the repukes do it, DEMS should not step in the water of this type of politics.
The passion to protect and stand up for President Obama comes from the voters, and not from other Democratic elected politicians or so called Democratic pundits.
The behavior demonstrated my Donna B is not at all surprising when it is seen through a lens that measures a personās perceived value, Malcom X talks about this type of behavior in one of his famous speeches about the house negro and the field negro.
Every sickness that Clinton felt when he was in office was internalized by Donna B and other Blacks that worked in the Clinton administration, it was also internalized by some of the Black Democratic elected politicians that were in office at that time. When Clinton was sick it was āWe Sick,ā but when Obama got sick it was āHeās sick.ā
Malcolm describes the difference between the “house Negro” and the “field Negro.”
Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. 23 January 1963.
Transcribed text from audio excerpt. [read entire speech]
So you have two types of Negro. The old type and the new type. Most of you know the old type. When you read about him in history during slavery he was called “Uncle Tom.” He was the house Negro. And during slavery you had two Negroes. You had the house Negro and the field Negro.
The house Negro usually lived close to his master. He dressed like his master. He wore his masterās second-hand clothes. He ate food that his master left on the table. And he lived in his masterās house-probably in the basement or the attic-but he still lived in the masterās house.
So whenever that house Negro identified himself, he always identified himself in the same sense that his master identified himself. When his master said, “We have good food,” the house Negro would say, “Yes, we have plenty of good food.” “We” have plenty of good food. When the master said that “we have a fine home here,” the house Negro said, “Yes, we have a fine home here.” When the master would be sick, the house Negro identified himself so much with his master heād say, “Whatās the matter boss, we sick?” His masterās pain was his pain. And it hurt him more for his master to be sick than for him to be sick himself. When the house started burning down, that type of Negro would fight harder to put the masterās house out than the master himself would.
But then you had another Negro out in the field. The house Negro was in the minority. The masses-the field Negroes were the masses. They were in the majority. When the master got sick, they prayed that heād die. [Laughter] If his house caught on fire, theyād pray for a wind to come along and fan the breeze.
If someone came to the house Negro and said, “Letās go, letās separate,” naturally that Uncle Tom would say, “Go where? What could I do without boss? Where would I live? How would I dress? Who would look out for me?” Thatās the house Negro. But if you went to the field Negro and said, “Letās go, letās separate,” he wouldnāt even ask you where or how. Heād say, “Yes, letās go.” And that one ended right there.
So now you have a twentieth-century-type of house Negro. A twentieth-century Uncle Tom. Heās just as much an Uncle Tom today as Uncle Tom was 100 and 200 years ago. Only heās a modern Uncle Tom. That Uncle Tom wore a handkerchief around his head. This Uncle Tom wears a top hat. Heās sharp. He dresses just like you do. He speaks the same phraseology, the same language. He tries to speak it better than you do. He speaks with the same accents, same diction. And when you say, “your army,” he says, “our army.” He hasnāt got anybody to defend him, but anytime you say “we” he says “we.” “Our president,” “our government,” “our Senate,” “our congressmen,” “our this and our that.” And he hasnāt even got a seat in that “our” even at the end of the line. So this is the twentieth-century Negro. Whenever you say “you,” the personal pronoun in the singular or in the plural, he uses it right along with you. When you say youāre in trouble, he says, “Yes, weāre in trouble.”
But thereās another kind of Black man on the scene. If you say youāre in trouble, he says, “Yes, youāre in trouble.” [Laughter] He doesnāt identify himself with your plight whatsoever.

Wow - good memory about that guy! So much for that supposed May 1 announcement date - I was just thinking that the other day. Our local food bank gets food donated from groceries (including WalMart) and also buys some produce or other needed items that arenāt donated. The recipients have paperwork from somewhere proving they are residents of our town and that they have X members of their household. Iāve learned a lot since R started volunteering there.
It nauseates me that so many who worked so hard, who literally gave their sweat and tears to PBO in 2008 and 2012 have jumped ship to HRC.
