We don’t all have inside information about this furstie stuff - I’m up too early today & it’s still chilly - sky gazing will be a little later today
You may be disappointed - but grandbabe thinks I am the bestest grandmother in all of the world. I sometimes feel guilty for being so happy amid the turmoil of our world.
:-) I have a notion you are, actually, the bestest grandmother in the world.
Yeah, you feel guilty sometimes about simple, sweet pleasures, in the middle of such horror, but, I suppose, they’re what keep us going. Watching Danny’s furst™ meeting with a hedgehog last night made me laugh out loud, a silly thing, but it’s why I love him. Stuff like that gives us the heart to carry on.
JoJo, I love you - I’m spring-cleaning (hush, VC) the kitchen at the moment, and your comment had me howling so much, I needed a break - and spring-cleaning breaks ROCK!!!!
((((Love you too Chips))))) I cleaned the first floor only last week and it’s dusty again with little kitty fur tumble weeds rolling on the floor. I cleaned my office so now I can see the floor and the top of my desk but my bedroom has three loads of clean laundry at the foot of the bed…..I say take a looooonnnnng break because it’s just gonna get messy again. :)
Oh crikey JoJo, your home is mine - just swap kitty fury for Danny hair, and we’re housey twins! I did 97,000 loads of washing last week, and have still to sort it out. By the time I do, I’ll have to wash it all over again. Life is muck!
My first comment on TOD after running Saturday errands was “I want to crawl into my freezer for awhile.”
According to weather.com, it only got into the 80s here, but the humidity is stifling.
Forecast is for rain tomorrow, all over SoCal, including Ventura County. Would be worth the heat if it rains — the hillsides are beyond parched — and it will feel tropical, like we’re having a luau in Hawaii. Crossing my fingers.
From your lips to Gods ears…I pray we get even a little rain. When I was feeding the strays in the neighborhood I could feel a some drizzle. It is so muggy and still no wind at all. If it rains I am going outside and dance in it. The last time I remember we had whether like this and it rained it was in August I was 16yrs old in 1972.
I apologize VC…… I was watching some lame movie ‘Transcendence’….wasted two hours of my very busy schedule….hopefully ‘Need for Speed’ will be better? ….if not Auburn vs. Georgia is being replayed in an hour.
I actually haven’t been since I became involved with you.

Just kidding, I mean involved with the media during PBO’s first campaign. Discovering the way ‘christians’ behaved towards BHO, the very ‘christians’ that were lauded from time to time in my church was a HUGE turnoff! Discovering how they reacted to the poor and those in need didn’t help either.
I should add that friends from church have been praying for *me* ever since. Probably explains why I’m almost always in good health and feeling happy.
This is funny. I clicked on twitter right after answering you and this was right at eye level

I haven’t a clue who it is, haven’t checked his/her TL or what Psalm 128 says, or anything. I just thought it was funny following our convo.
Did you know about the protest planned in DC….my daughter called me …to tell me about it….I was on twitter most of the day…off and on,…did not come on my time line….went to #DC4GAZA….to find out info…..
“What do you think the country needs in order not to lose the impulse it received from Maidan, and to develop further?
- You know, Maidan is over, however, the citizen activism does not decrease. This is not so obvious to an external observer because of the war. People engage in different initiatives: investigate the crimes committed at Maidan, help the wounded, transport supplies for the military, control the Parliament to stimulate it to introduce the reforms that the country needs.
I am sure there will be a time when the whole world will study our unique experience of self-organization, the time when common people got together to essentially perform the state’s functions. We were left with the “Heaven’s Hundredďż˝? after EuroMaidan. But we cannot move forward [just] on their account. Everybody must provide support to public society/organizations/institutions. And we are aware of that.”

Flashback: THE TIDE TURNED IN 2008…and keeps turning:-)
Wow! This Video is the essence of Our President…..We are Truly Blessed to witness his Greatness
Thank you Kasai!! We have indeed come very far since that speech and we have done so, together, thanks to the brilliant, empathetic leadership of President Obama.
Indeed Bob..was feeling a bit sentimental watching this Video..He never changes his massage and did still doing what he set to do. Amazingly with every obstruction, hate thrown at him. My admiration grows stronger every day.
Thank you Bob for all the contribution to the blog…I get my Int’l news right here:-)
Your delivery of tweets are always spot on…
Thank you Kindly!
I know I am not first because of my slooooow computer. Happy Saturday TOD’ers
Oh yes you are, JoJo!! :-)
Thank you Chips….I can’t believe it. It has been a looooong time since I’ve been first here.
Having reached the summit furst JoJo, I will expect consistent furstiness from you here on in. Otherwise, I will be SEVERELY disappointed.
We don’t all have inside information about this furstie stuff - I’m up too early today & it’s still chilly - sky gazing will be a little later today
Ha, sky gazing is NO excuse 99ts, I am tremendously disappointed in you.

It is a delight to be in your world - even Danny - and I am not a dog person!! So now the turf is watered and coffee is on the menu :)
I was going to say, “coffee! huh! let’s have a gin”, then I checked my 99ts time-zone :-)
got to wait an hour or two for the G&T - my definition of an alcoholic is drinking before noon - so I kid myself by starting at 12.01
:) :) :) hahahaha….I am looking at sometime mid to late 2015 for my next first place appearance but then again a girl can dream…..
JoJo, that’s a chronic lack of ambition - that’s like Tiger saying I’ll be happy enough if my next tournament win is in late 2015.
Come on girl, reach higher, for flip’s sake
I have to set the bar low so when I do reach that higher goal I feel on top of the world…..kinda like the GOP :)
As far as Tiger…his next win WILL be in 2015. I know I will be first on TOD before Tiger’s next win. :)

My pleasure, Chips!
A trabillion thanks LP, fantabulous toons!!
Holy Crap…I am Furstist! I am gonna go out and buy a lottery ticket. I feel lucky!
It feels good to see you on ‘top of the world’, Jojo! Maybe that lottery ticket is in order!
jojo, it’s good to see you on First! :-)
Thank you vc and GGail …… it’s been a muggy SoCal day here, I hope you are all are having a wonderful day.
I’m in that muggy SoCal weather too :-(

Yo, LPlains, I thought we were friends; couldn’t you have waited for me?
I apologize VC…… I was watching some lame movie ‘Transcendence’….wasted two hours of my very busy schedule….hopefully ‘Need for Speed’ will be better? ….if not Auburn vs. Georgia is being replayed in an hour.
You know, I can never figure out WHERE people find time to watch movies! ;) ;)
So, why is everyone so quiet?
Sheesh VC, there’s a new post.
I actually checked.
 I am weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepin’!!
Sure you are, you  !
I prolly should ask my son to pray for you when he goes to church tomorrow.
Oi! Don’t leave the prayers to your son, get thee to the church, I need all the TOD prayers I can get!
I actually haven’t been since I became involved with you.

Hmm, those prayers haven’t fixed your ‘puter, which makes me TOTALLY lose faith.
  They didn’t KNOW about my ‘puter!
That’s it, I’m an Atheist.
That’s it, I’m definitely going to pray harder (to compensate for my diminished prayer life) for you.

LIVE UPDATES: IDF determines 2nd Lt. Hadar Goldin, previously considered captured, is dead…
http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/1.608426
according to the article it seems that neither Hamas or the IDF knows for sure how it happened..
I’m sorry for his friends and family but maybe with this info some other lives will be spared.
More news on this….
The military announced early Sunday morning that 23-year-old Hadar Goldin of the Givati infantry brigade had been killed in battle on Friday.
