Hmmm..I can tell you right now that the girl pictured in that tweet is NOT Malia Obama. This is a hoax… Why NBC Chicago would report this without confirming is problematic to me.
I doubt itâs a hoax—-all over Chgo media—-more reports from Sun Times—-she was at the first day of fest too—Lorde concert—-and another cute selfie link at end of article.

Dotster the article you just linked shows the same Malia in another tweet with a completely different clothes, hairstyle than the pic in the first article you posted. How do we explain this - pics supposedly taken of her at the same event?
I donât know, hf. I surrender to the whole mystery. Just passing along Obama stuff in Chgo news, altho a tad uncomfortable about it because of WH ban on girlsâ photos when not with parents. One explanation may be that one was from 1st day of fest and one was from 3rd day—-I assume she may have been there all 3 days if that was indeed her. I think NBC Chgo has removed this post, likely from request from WH? —-altho Sun Times still has their article and tweet photo.
LOL! Maybe NBC can revamp their “Unsolved Mysteries” TV series, and this would be their first segment. The unsolved case of Malia Obama at the Lollapalooza festival!
It does look like her though, Hopefruit. I just wish her friend hadnât tweeted it and had some respect for her privacy and security.
It resembles her a bit, but not quite. And the body language is different.

LOL - glad Iâm not the only one who had doubts. And knowing that Malia is about 5ft 11 in, unless the person in the tweet is 6ft, “Malia” looks a bit shorter than her in this pic? Thatâs somewhat unlikely.
The David Gregory rumor mill has proved busier than ever this month, with the latest reports saying he could be looking for a new job.
The New York Post said that NBCâs David Gregory was reportedly at CNN on Thursday, spurring speculation that he is considering a new job at the network. One source told the newspaper that he is trying out for a new primetime show.
Gregoryâs fate at “Meet the Press” has, of course, been the subject of speculation for years, and NBC News has always reiterated its support for the host even as the show struggles in third place behind “This Week” and “Face the Nation.” Just last week, the Post reported that Gregory could be taken off “MTP” after the midterm elections in November. The network called those rumors “false,” as it has done in the past in response to similar reports.
This time, the Post said NBC News had no comment about sightings of Gregory at CNN.

I am SO glad President Obama was born 53 years ago today! On that day, I was working at the Navy Department in D.C., waiting to start graduate school at GWU. Little did I know that a world altering event, , yes, I mean that, was taking place in Honolulu. Bless Ann Dunham. I think of her as a mother, and wish so much she had lived to see her sonâs unbelievable success. She was three years younger than I, and I am now so enjoying my adult children and grandchildren, and feel so very hurt for her that she didnât live to see all this.
But, I am rejoicing that we as a country have him. He is the best president of my lifetime.

Mr. President, I have a delicious coconut cream pie and a lovely white mint candle as part of my celebration. Shining your beautiful light for the world, and eating a delicious coconut cream pie from (one of the best dessert places in my community) as part of my celebration of being alive during the presidency of one of the most sweet and decent men on the planet.
