Chips, you confuse me so!! Last August you were 23 or 24, last night you were a whole ¼ year away from retirement, tonight you are yearning for 60. Make up your mind, do, before you thoroughly mess up mine. :D

Link has both Men’s & Women’s brackets…..I love his banter with Rebecca Lobo (he talks about wishfully taking Princeton to the Final4 last year b/c his niece plays on the team….and he explains that the reason he “grew a .5” in his medical report was b/c they rounded up this year :D :D )

My guess they are kids from middle class to upper middle class homes where mommy and daddy does everything for them. They know nothing about government, how it works, empathy for others, what it’s like to struggle. These fools would probably forget to vote if mommy and daddy doesn’t register them and fill out their ballets for them.

OMG, even worse than I thought or could imagine although those college students do sound like my Libertarian/Constitutionalist Brother. He is a retired architect so is a nonrealistic intelligent idiot. I have tried to reason with him and felt like the guy breathing into the paper bag needing to drink straight out of a bottle like Samantha.

Well, there you have it. If Trump is (I can’t even use the word), we would have come full circle from W to that dolt. President Obama’s work for eight years to regain our standing in the wider world will be in the history books, for sure, but we’ll be right back where we started in 2008. Make it stop.

Actually it PROVES Democracy works! Democracy is “We The People”, “For and By The People”. It will take the majority of people to stop a DT. China does not know Democracy and is too afraid to try it. They are too afraid that BILLIONS of their people will rise up and make them accountable and want freedom. Yes, freedom is messy and the people have to fight to keep it. People do not have to FIGHT to keep Communism….Governments have to fight to keep Communism.

If the worst happens, at least under our system we can recall, impeach, or only have to deal with the f**kers for 4 to 8 years. I will take our gloriously flawed style of governance over theirs any day.

    http://www.eclectablog.com/2016/03/this-is-why-lying-ass-donald-trump-seems-honest-to-conservatives.html

Talking about race without mentioning race isn’t just the most effective dark art of American politics — it’s the recipe for destroying the middle class.

In the 1960s, conservatives and the Osmond family realized they had one thing going for them: white people—lots and lots and lots of white people. The only problem was that a generation of Americans that had grown up watching liberal governance save the economy, win World War II and engineer the creation of the most vibrant middle class in history.

But Republicans soon learned the secret of turning Americans against government — and they learned it by watching a Southern Democrat George Wallace.

The racism of “Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, and segregation forever!” was pretty easy to detect, even when cloaked in the gauze of “states rights.” But as it became cries for “law and order” and against “forced busing,” the notions became more abstract.

Now it’s not hard to figure out who the right is talking about when it references “makers and takers” or people wanting “free stuff.” But because the right has done an incredible job suggesting that any mention of race and any attempt to resolve the historic injustices of discrimination is racism — against white people.

We can’t let this fraud of “colorblindness” wreck our economy any longer

Trump presidency rated among top 10 global risks: EIU

Donald Trump winning the US presidency is considered one of the top 10 risks facing the world, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit.

The research firm warns he could disrupt the global economy and heighten political and security risks in the US.

However, it does not expect Mr Trump to defeat Hillary Clinton who it sees as “his most likely Democratic contender”.

He is rated as riskier than Britain leaving the European Union or an armed clash in the South China Sea.

China encountering a “hard landing” or sharp economic slowdown and Russia’s interventions in Ukraine and Syria preceding a new “cold war” are among the events seen as more dangerous.

    Wikipedia-

As of March 16, 2016, the total number of Obama Article III judgeship nominees to be confirmed by the United States Senate is 323, including two justices to the Supreme Court of the United States, 55 judges to the United States Courts of Appeals, 264 judges to the United States district courts, and two judges to the United States Court of International Trade.[

    -//
Bush had 324… Hmmm? One off off George W bush ? Is that a coincidence ? Is that part of the formula? So…No more judges from US senate? Part of reason why?

That’s one thing that won’t happen. Nutcase would start a war over that kind of invasion. We’ll either get him back thru 3rd-party diplomatic channels (which will take a while) or the kid stays. Sucks but there it is.
