I talked on the phone to my daughter yesterday mentioning how fearful I am of Trump being the GOP candidate for Prez. She said that would be our best opponent to ensure a victory. She may be right, but my own personal fears of the chance of the worst ever President would not allow me to have a sane or peaceful moment based on the chance he could be elected.
The GOPSenate is disregarding the constitution…what happens if Trump loses the nomination…will he accept the results…..will his people…same for a GE should he be the nominee…and loses to the DEMS would he accept the results….
I arrived at my hairdresser and found the tv on Fox channel discussing Donald Trump, with no one paying attention. So, I asked why Fox is on, if they were Republican supporters; if they didn’t know Fox was the most racist channel ever created? My hairdresser asked if I wanted it on CNN? I replied, “CNWho? CNN is just as awful as Fox”.
I’m perplexed as to why anyone outside of the USA would watch Fox. In fact, I’m perplexed as to why any rational being in the USA patronizes that channel.

Yes, the city of Chicago has major and persistent problems. Yes, the mayor has angered and disappointed a lot of people with his actions, lack of actions, words, and attitude.
Yet we can’t overlook the huge mess that the gop governor of IL has wrought havoc on the whole legislative structure to the extent that they have no budget and aren’t funding many public agencies (especially education) for close to the year.
I understand the politics in involved in trying to win a democratic primary and how the attacks on the mayor may help.
however, I am also perplexed that this one candidate did not attack the governor’s actions, yet his policies are affecting even more people.
so my take is that one candidate (and many of the people supporting this candidate) is more eager to viciously attack Dems (and PBO) and yet cower from even criticizing the gop.
may be someone can point out this candidate that this difference in criticism has been duly noted.

Apparently Clinton delegates asked for a recount which took a long time and the Sanders delegates got mad because they thought it was a delaying tactic on the part of the Clinton people to discourage the Sanders people so they would leave. So a lot of them left. Also the head of the local Democratic party had a HRC2016 license plate. Go figure.

I used to faithfully watch his shows and appearances, but some of his self-aggrandizement really gets to me, now.
For self preservation, I pretty much didn’t watch it all day, but I just tuned in … kind of like not being able to take your eyes off a car wreck. Trump won’t be happy until someone’s killed. And the media will give him all the time in the world to talk about it.
I usually don’t watch either debate (or town hall). But when my sister called and said that I should tune in, I did. Oh boy, talk about fratricide. The Donald is getting it from the two immigration lawyers (Cruz and Rubio OR Rubio and Cruz according to SNL :D) and Kasich is trying (effectively) to remain relevant and interject his loooooooong experience at every chance he gets.
