I’m so glad I voted for Hillary Clinton. She is speaking the truth. I never hear Bernie stands up for our President like this.
Hillary is evolving into a candidate that I will be able to support without reservation. This was a bold statement and I’m happy to hear that she stated it so clearly.
I’m so glad that she is clearly stating what is going on. I think she has reached the point where she knows she has nothing to lose, and she is just going to disburse truth. Not one man on the scene has been courageous enough to say this……We know this won’t come from Republicans, but surely some Democratic Senators would speak this truth? Bravo Hillary.

Now that the GOP are busy infighting and MSM is dedicated to “reporting” on infighting (as if this by itself is news SMH), not hearing very much about ACA — which gives House Dems great opportunity to come out swinging during their campaigns (think of the young Wisconsin man who intro’d PBO in Milwaukee — staunch Republican who no doubt spread vitriol vs. PBO — yet is grateful beyond words for ACA).
There’s a topical NSAID that helps my arthritic shoulder and back (I can’t take oral NSAIDS - I’m allergic). The doctor did not want to prescribe it because it isn’t covered by Medicare and it will cost me $200. I told her, I spent my life between the age of 33 and 63 without insurance or under-insured with a pre-existing condition. I’m used to paying close to $1,000/month just for basic meds. Just give me the damned prescription.

Billionaires, tech C.E.O.s, and G.O.P. leaders all converged to discuss the Republican front-runner.

The most powerful people in the technology sector, along with other billionaires and top Republicans, flew to a small island off the coast of Georgia last weekend to attend a secretive forum, where they discussed, among other things, how to keep current Republican front-runner Donald Trump from winning the party’s presidential nomination, the Huffington Post reports.
Among the cabal of tech C.E.O.s who met at the remote Sea Island Resort for the American Enterprise Institute’s annual World Forum were Apple C.E.O. Tim Cook, Tesla Motors and SpaceX C.E.O. Elon Musk, Napster C.E.O. Sean Parker, and Google co-founder Larry Page. Top Republicans, including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Paul Ryan, Senator Tom Cotton, and Karl Rove also attended the forum, as did billionaire G.O.P. donor Philip Anschutz and New York Times publisher Arthur Sulzberger.

G.O.P. leaders and experts both at Sea Island and at a recent Republican Governors Association retreat in Park City have strategized about how to defeat Trump, either by beating him at the polls, or by denying him enough delegates to prevent a brokered convention, in which Republican delegates would be freed up to vote for another candidate. A presentation shared with The Washington Post by operatives from an anti-Trump super-PAC shows where some G.O.P. leaders see the front-runner’s vulnerabilities, though others think anti-Trump efforts are futile. Trump’s success hinges on one thing: a set of primaries in states including Ohio, Florida, and Illinois on March 15.

Important note: I’ve come to see Hillary in a better light since I read the article of Jon Favreau singing her praises. His opinion matters to me, because he’s been in the inside and has seen what’s going on behind the scenes.

Bernie supporters complain about HRC is getting a lot of support from her current home state. Did they complain when Sanders received majority support from his home state?
BS & his supporters make up their own rules. Like, small, white states with low numbers of delegates count WAY more than diverse states with lots of delegates and (gasp!) POC.

Nearly a third of Republicans don’t want Muslims in the military

Nearly one-third of Republican primary voters don’t think Muslims should serve in the U.S. military, according to a national poll conducted by Public Policy Polling.
In the poll, conducted between March 24 and 26, PPP asked 505 Republican primary voters: “Do you think that Muslims should be allowed to serve in the US Military, or not?” Thirty-two percent of respondents said they shouldn’t be allowed to serve, while 49 percent said Muslims should be allowed to serve in the military. The remaining 19 percent said they weren’t sure.
Of those who thought Muslims should not be allowed to serve, most of them were women. Thirty-five percent of female Republican primary voters gave that answer compared to 30 percent of men. Younger respondents were more likely than their elders to have the same preference. Thirty-six percent of respondents between 18 and 45 years old told pollsters they don’t think Muslims should be allowed to serve, versus 28 percent of respondents older than 65.
I bet you the poll did not ask those same republican voters if they were in the military. I bet they are not.
Trump had a town hall in WI where he took no questions “from the town,” apparently. He singled out a couple of people in the audience and spoke to them. Can’t confirm this because I’m not watching his drivel, but this was the MSNBC report. Ugh.

When it comes to a classic narcissist like Donald Trump, it’s hard to say when (or if) he’ll begin to find the process of running for president so humiliating that he’s tempted to just drop out. He clearly doesn’t care that “respectable�? people are routinely calling him a racist and comparing him to some of the most notorious fascist dictators of the 20th-Century. He doesn’t seem to care that the intelligentsia and the media elite are condemning his character and his intelligence. But he’s also obsessed with his image and he’s financially dependent on his brand. His campaign has already cost him business relationships and partnerships, yet that hasn’t tamed or dissuaded him so far.

Trump’s already getting a little squirrelly. He’s under pressure after his campaign manager was indicted yesterday for battering a Breitbart reporter, and now he’s reneging on his pledge to support the eventual nominee because he feels the RNC has treated him shabbily and he can sense that the party elite are plotting to deny him the nomination at the convention. There’s increasing talk that he could cost the Republicans control of the House of Representatives as well as the Senate.
I had a family member who when he came out of prison he had a real hard time finding work, and he tried and tied.
