All of this. This is not just for white people who pass down racism to their future generations. This is for white people who stay silent in the face of white supremacy. Racism and white supremacy is not for Black people to fix. It is on YOU. When that father, mother, aunt, uncle, nephew, niece, cousin, grandparents spew racist rhetoric, makes racist jokes, uses derogatory words to describe black people, promotes negative stereotypes of black people and laughs it off as just a joke and you stay silent, you condone it.
