That was really interesting to me. While I remember RFK, and remember Humphrey running in the General Election, I did not remember McCarthy. (I was in first grade and may not have remembered RFK running if it had not been for the assassination which occurred on my last day of school.)
So Humphrey wasn’t even a candidate. The nomination was just handed to him…probably what the GOP would like to do with Rubio…at least I guess that’s what they *still* want to do. Or maybe that person is now Romney.

Yeah, she dissed the Obama coalition. Her answer to Hayes on how the hell he was going to win without POC and the Obama coalition, she said, “It will be a Sanders coalition.” So, AA’s need not apply? I only heard parts of it, but this campaign is no longer even trying to respect of acknowledge PBO, and I will have none of it.
She of course doesn’t have the money of Ann Romney, but there was a sense of entitlement and condescension that drove me nuts and was insulting.
